Using his influence and comedy for a greater purpose, Humza first rose to global fame when he was recruited by UK Counter Terrorism to take on ISIS in an effort to stop young Muslims from becoming radicalised. The campaign was a huge success with Humza touring over 120 schools reaching over 80,000 students receiving acclaim across New York Times, Washington Post, USA Today, Buzzfeed and Newsweek.

Humza was the first ambassador of the YouTube Creators For Change campaign - an initiative dedicated to amplifying the voices of role models who tackle difficult social issues. He has become YouTube’s most in demand creator for their global team building and brand engagement events speaking in New York, Los Angeles, Madrid, Macau and Rio, to name a few. In recognition of his counter-hate speech efforts, Humza has also recently addressed the UN, speaking alongside Whoopi Goldberg and Queen Rania of Jordan, and was the only YouTube Creator to speak at Brandcast New York, alongside Will Smith & Kevin Hart.

In 2017, Humza was the first British YouTuber to be given his own scripted comedy series on BBC Three, ‘Coconut’ and also landed his own episode in Sky’s Comedy season, co-writing and starring in ‘JUMPERS’. As an advocate for mental health issues, Humza has been recruited by The Royal Foundation, charity of Prince William, Kate Middleton and Prince Harry – taking part in their collaboration with CALM for encouraging openness in male friendships and released the short film Boy’s Don’t Cry receiving coverage in the Metro, New York Times and the Evening Standard.

With a combined reach of nearly 900,000 on his social platforms, Humza is also one of the UK’s most popular online personalities with his comedy content receiving over 100m views. In 2019, Humza added ‘Author’ to his CV. To tackle the huge lack of diversity in children’s books in the UK, Humza partnered with Penguin Random House for a multi-book deal to release the Little Badman series. His first release ‘Little Badman and The Invasion of the Killer Aunties’ has been both a critical and commercial success also receiving a Fiction Book of the Year nomination at the coveted Sainsburys Children’s Book of the Year Awards.

In today’s current divisive climate, Humza’s work has never been more relevant making him a top media spokesperson for Leadership, Social Good, Diversity, Mental Health and harnessing social media for social good related topics, and a regular interviewee on global platforms including Sky News, CNN, BBC and NBC News.
