Tim Campbell is a passionate and recognised advocate of inclusion who shares with global audiences his entrepreneurial journey, the story of the ground-breaking charitable foundation he set up and his work in the education sector championing apprenticeships.

Tim shot to fame as the winner of the hit BBC TV series The Apprentice and went on to become the first Project Director of the Health & Beauty division within Lord Alan Sugar's company, Amstrad PLC.

Tim is currently; a regional head of Africa and trading futures lead for the recently voted best Proprietary Trading company in 2020, OSTC Group, advising a global talent acquisition business on their diversity and inclusion strategy, running his own consultancy business, mentoring, and managing his investments within the leisure and A.I. sectors.

Tim left Amstrad to set-up the Bright Ideas Trust, a charitable social enterprise which encourages young budding entrepreneurs from disadvantaged backgrounds to start business ventures, by giving them greater access to start-up finance, real business mentors, professional services advisors and educational programmes.

Tim was awarded an MBE in the Queen's 2012 New Year Honours list for his services to enterprise culture, where he led the Bright Ideas Trust to raise over £3 million and support over 750 start-ups from under deserved groups. Tim also supported the then Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, with his drive to increase the number of corporations recruiting apprentices from underrepresented communities across the capital.
