Previously the director of The Futures Company, a multi-disciplinary team of strategic consultants, qualitative and quantitative researchers, marketing scientists and multi-media designers, Patrick generated creativity and innovative thinking in his role there.
Much of Patrick Harris' expertise and recognition emanates from his work as Director of Creaticity for the Orange Group. Working for the executive board, Patrick co-designed and managed the corporate strategic think tank that underpinned the company’s group-wide strategy during the octane-fuelled period of 1998 – 2002.
Prior to this, Patrick enjoyed diverse working experiences in sales and service of manufactured goods, building design, project management, infrastructure rollout and power plant maintenance.
In January 2003, he founded thoughtengine, a consultancy focusing on creativity, strategy, brand and futures, he continues to use this consultancy to help organisations ask better questions and generate creativity. Patrick is also the co-founder of Growth Agenda, where he helps organisations to identity emerging opportunities.
Alongside his consultancy work Patrick is also a bestselling author, an expert on implementing creativity into the workplace.
